It's been a while since my last blogpost but it's great to see the Cheetahs performing well recently. At this stage we can DOUBLE CONFIRM that HGFC will not finish last in the league. Too bad for the Rams.....
Our Cheetahs face the White Swans tonight again in a repeat of the recent League Cup Final. Cheetahs were SO CLOSE to a historic first trophy but had to settle for a runners' up medal eventually. This is a good chance for "Revenge" and hope that our Cheetahs progress to the next stage. Perhaps it's good that the first leg be played at Jurong East. The Japanese will surely get a hostile reception when they come to Hougang.
Before I close, I must voice my disappointment at the lack of publicity for this match. This is the SEMI FINAL of our NATIONAL CLUB COMPETITION and it doesn't even get a feature in the Straits Times or the news! Instead, nonsense news about a cancelled Halloween event made the headlines! It just doesn't make sense!
Anyway, I look forward to another great performance from Hougang United.
